Let’s dive in!!!!!
🤖 AI and Brand Voice: How to remain authentic? Use My Framework!
In a world where AI is writing everything from captions to full blog posts, the challenge isn’t just using the tool; it’s keeping your brand’s voice intact. Nobody wants to sound like a robot or lose the human touch that makes their content unique. That’s where the Authentic Framework comes in. I talked about this on this week’s episode, and if you missed it, you’ll want to listen to it! But here’s a quick gist…
AUTHENTIC FRAMEWORK
Assess Your Brand Voice | Define your tone, personality, and values before using any AI tools. Your brand voice should guide AI, not the other way around. |
Use Specific Prompts | Be clear and detailed with your AI inputs. For example, instead of “Write a blog,” try “Write an engaging, casual blog post for beginners focused on mental health benefits of fitness.” |
Train AI with Examples | Feed your past content into AI tools to ensure the outputs reflect your voice. Think of it as training the AI to “speak your language.” |
Humanize Outputs | AI can provide a draft, but it’s up to you to add anecdotes, humor, and emotional nuances that resonate with your audience. |
Evaluate Consistency | Ensure your tone aligns across platforms. Use tools like Grammarly or Writer.com to maintain a cohesive brand identity. |
Note What Resonates | Analyze which AI-generated content performs best and why. Use this data to refine your strategy. |
Continue learning more about this on the episode. Try it out! Use the Authentic Framework to write a LinkedIn post, Instagram caption, or blog this week. Start by assessing your brand voice and giving AI a clear, specific prompt. Then, tweak the output to reflect your unique perspective.
Let me know: What’s your biggest challenge with using AI in marketing? Reply to this email or DM me on LinkedIn, I’d love to feature your questions in a future edition.
AI can give you the bones, but it’s up to you to add the soul.
📊Beyond the Screen: Make Engagement Real💙
AI can simplify your content creation, but true relationships can be built only when you focus on what you bring to the table. Here’s how to make your engagement more intentional and impactful:
Prioritize Personal Responses:
Dedicate 15 minutes a day to replying personally to comments or DMs. Focus on being authentic: have a real conversation, thank someone for their input, or ask a follow-up question. 🙂 Be genuinely interested.Host Live Interactions:
Plan a live Q&A or a casual AMA (Ask Me Anything) session on Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok. Use it to answer common questions or dive deeper into a topic you’ve been discussing. (Speaking of which, should I do one? LMK by hitting reply with “👀” if you think I should do it.Share Real Stories:
Post a short, relatable story or anecdote alongside your AI-assisted content. It could be something as simple as how a challenge you faced relates to a lesson your audience can apply (this makes it your story instead of yet another AI-generated content)Acknowledge Feedback:
Don’t just note what your audience loves, call it out. If someone shares a thoughtful comment or insight, highlight it in your next post or email.Speaking of which, if you’ve any feedback or comments feel free to send them by clicking here or hitting reply :)
Try this:
Block 15–20 minutes after publishing your next piece of content to actively engage with your audience in real-time. Reply, react, and connect: it’s as simple as starting a conversation :)
Real engagement isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing up and being present!!
Share your thoughts by replying to this email or comment and get the conversation started!!
Until Next Time,
Anusha
